Forever Present Meditation

In 2013 during some very challenging health issues, I consciously made meditation an everyday practice. Through the years, I've seen its profound effects on me in spirit, body, and mind, and I wanted to learn to share the knowledge and ancient tool with so many others in pain and help them to flourish as I have.
As a result, I am now a certified meditation teacher who has taught under Deepak Chopra, Mallika Chopra, Roger Gabriel, Dr. Sheila Patel, and many more incredible doctors and teachers. It brings me great joy to share their wealth of knowledge with others.
Meditation is excellent for pain management, seniors, people with chronic health issues, creatives who want to open their art channels, writers, artists, and even children can learn primordial sound meditation!
Photography, art, and writing poetry, memoir, and fictional stories have always been a pleasure, and I've seen my creativity soar, adding daily meditation into my life twice a day.
